1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using https://www.neatncleanco.com (the “Site”), or by submitting an estimate or contact request, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms are entered into by you and Neat and Clean Co. (doing business as Neat N Clean Co., “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Our Services

Neat N Clean Co. is a women-owned commercial and residential cleaning company serving Minnesota's North Metro and Southwest Florida. The Site provides information about our services and lets you request a quote. The Site itself does not complete a sale or form a service contract; a binding agreement for cleaning services is created only when we separately confirm scope, pricing, and scheduling with you in writing.

3. Estimates and Quotes

Any estimate, quote, or pricing information we provide is an approximation based on the details you give us. It is not a binding offer and may be revised after we assess the actual condition, size, access, and scope of the space. Quoted pricing is valid only for the period and conditions we state, and is subject to change for additional work, materials, or circumstances not reflected in your original request.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to request services or submit information through the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Use the Site or our forms to send spam, malware, or unsolicited communications;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or bot-protection of the Site;
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

When you submit a request, you consent to be contacted by us by email, phone, or text regarding your inquiry and our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, photographs of our work, graphics, logos, the Neat N Clean Co. name, and overall design — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current. This section does not affect any warranties that apply to cleaning services we actually agree to perform, which are governed by our separate service agreement with you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neat N Clean Co. and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neat N Clean Co. and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
